Full Year (Extra Credits Game Jam #3 2019)

Full Year is a game build from the idea that the different cycles of the Earth (Seasons) can work as mechanics to enhance a challenging platform by modifying the environment in which the game takes place and the way you interact with it. It’s also a game that exposes the player to the idea that when a loved one is in danger time is of the essence.

Art in the streets (#stayathome game jam 2020)

This is a 3D game, rhythmic type, in which you will have to play a street musician. Like these people, you will have to do your job well as a musician performing your musical instrument in order to earn enough money to move on to the next day.

Dr. Moni Little Hospital (#AdventureJam - Game Jolt 2020)

Dr. Moni Little Hospital is a videogame developed by Salom Bros. and Mechanical Media Music for the #AdventureJam that took place between Abril 21 - May 5, 2020. Big Festival nominee in the category BIG Impact: Social Matters 2021

This project wants to create awareness about the situation in which most of the medical personnel around the world is right now, a situation in which they are the ones who have to fight a new virus while laking the essential medical protection equipment to keep themselves, and others around them safe.

The game also wants to shed a light into the problem of wasting resources in other non-essential stuff, something that almost every government around the world is doing.

Finally, this project is also a homage to all of the medical personnel that is exposing themselves right now for the benefit of us all. Thank you, we appreciate what you are doing, and we hope thing would change for the better over time.

Hojarasquín (#Campusjam - Colobia Campus Party Game Jam 2020)

This is a game developed by Salom Bros. and Mechanical Media Music for the #CampusJam (Colombia Campus Party Game Jam 2020) that took place from July 3 - July 9, 2020. The theme of the game jam was "Reboot the World" and so we decided to make a platform game where you control Tairo, an indigenous spirit who tries to stop a forest fire with the help of Hojarasquín an ancient spirit of the forest. But beware of the evil spirits that would try to corrupt you to help them spread the fire.

Madremonte (Hispanic heritage monthe jam 2020 - #Unidosonlinegj2020)

This is a game developed by Salom Bros. and Mechanical Media Music for the #UnidosOnlineGJ2020 (HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH JAM 2020) that took place from September 12 - October 4, 2020. The game is inspired by Colombian and Latin American folklore, and it revolves around a famous myth, The Madremonte, or Mother Jungle. In this game, you need to help Madremonte rescue some animals from hunters by using your powers to seduce them and avoid letting them use their nets to capture the wildlife. All of the animals that we show in this game are animals that are in real danger of extinction due to humans who hunt them for a variety of reasons.

Inner demons (Global Game Jam 2021)

Inner Demons is a game that revolves around the idea of recovering one’s mental health by defeating a variety of psychological illnesses that has led our character to lose his mind (and inner peace). Each of the different puzzles in the game revolves around a different idea, so no 2 puzzles are equal. They also are thought of as a way to represent each of the different illnesses.  You as the player must help our crazy and unhappy character find/recover his mind and inner peace. Finally, the theme that we worked with during this Global Game Jam 2021 was Lost and Found, something that we think we worked, developed, and apply to our final project in a creepy, but correct way.

The Beetle In the room (The Indie Tales Jam 2021)

The Beetle In The Room is a videogame developed by the Twitch Streamer Agua Hervida in collaboration with us. The game was originally developed for The Indie Tales Jam, but due to different issues the game was not finished in time, but still we decided to continue working on it.
